Lapsed carte vitale after auto-entrepreneur was closed down

I was previously registered as auto entrepreneur and had my carte vitale through RSI. I then moved back to the uk in 2015 and my carte vitale has lapsed.
I am now back in France and I am looking to reregister a business as micro entrepreneur. A couple of questions:

  1. Would I get a new social security number or would they just reactivate my old one? (I don’t have a record of my old one).
  2. Same question re carte vitale
  3. Would my partner, we are not married but co-habit, receive her health cover through my business and be issued with her own carte vitale? At present she is not income generating as I will earn for us both.
