Keeping a correct cash book

I bank with Credit Agricole buying my petrol, stationary, anything I need for the month, with their bleu carte deferer, which means 1 payment for all the items is deducted from my account on the 30th day of each month. Which helps cash flow. My question is, do I show on my ledger, the purchases on the different days I bought them or on the 30th day of the month, when the amount of all the purchases actually come out of my account all together? (operatons debitees)
