Keep existing foreign company or new French company

I have been providing consulting services through a foreign company to foreign clients. If I were to keep this existing company, which is registered for tax in its country of incorporation, could I be paid (salary and/or dividends) and comply with all the social security and tax requirements in France? The company bills about £100,000 per year, has very few costs (maybe £5,000?), and I would like to take about 3,000 euros per month net of personal income tax and social security, with any extra accumulating in the company to be paid when needed, although if there is a better way to do it, I am open. What would the company’s contributions look like? I assume it would not be taxable in France?
