IT services: how to handle payments from support in an open source product forum

I recently offered my services to support the forum of an open source project. The owners raised some money from crowdfunding (not a lot) and are asking how to give me my share (PayPal, IBAN). How to do this? Do I have to invoice them? There is no contract, and the sum is very small (25 euro monthly), it is more volunteering than payment.
