Is a UK food hygiene training HACCP valid in France?

Hi, if I do a level 3 HACCP food hygiene online course from a UK provider who gives me a certificate written in French, how do I know it will be acceptable to register my ME restaurant business in France?
Who is the organisation that validates the training provider and the certificate?
What are the credentials they and I need to look for when selecting a training provider to make sure I’m not wasting my time and money?
