Is there an on-line auto-entrepreneur registration fee?

I have watched your excellent video and am trying to register on-line, but its not quite like the video so l am confused. I filled in all my personal details and it then asks me to register without any other info and takes me to a page to pay 30 euro’s charges. Is that correct? If l go ahead with that, does it then let me fill in everything else, i.e. what the business is etc.?
