Is there a simple process for small commercial imports?

As an auto-entrepreneur I regularly used to buy supplies such as printer cartridges on Ebay from outside the EU. Now as a SARL I would like to continue. But I now need an invoice and thus need to declare and pay customs duty. Is there a relatively simple process for small commercial imports? I asked the local TVA inspector and I could have equally being asking directions to the moon.
