Is there a minimum turnover for an auto-entrepreneur before you can access health cover in France?

In early 2016 in a response to a question about minimum turnover in an auto-entrepreneur and access to health cover you wrote:
For now there is no turnover limit in order to benefit from a health cover… however this is likely to change in the future. In the French press (I have no official source of confirmation/clarification) it has been reported the this entitlement will be progressively abolished in 2016… so that adults considered permanent legal residents of France become affiliated to health care in their own right.
Do you have any further information on the abolishment of this entitlement?
