Is there a guide on how to fill out the DSI form?

Do you have a guide on how to fill out the DSI form online (or in paper) that includes MicroBNC regimes? One of my questions pertains to the amount put into the montant des cotisations sociales obligatoires (XI) section. Are they asking me how much I’ve already paid into the system thus far or are they asking me if I’ve deducted these costs already? Does it apply to me under MicroBNC?
