Is there a fixed tax-free allowance for journalists?

I understand that there is a fixed tax-free allowance for journalists. I am registered as auto-entrepreneur conseil en communication as my work involves consultancy on newspaper design and editing and training journalists. Will I be able to claim this, and how do I go about it?
