Is there a cheaper structure than SARL?

My husband and I set up our SARL in 2010 and both worked in executive coaching and training. He has now left to work in property as agent commercial. I plan to bring in a UK based parter, but the bureaucracy of the French system for the SARL is very expensive and complicated. Is there a cheaper, easier structure? Could I operate the business out of the UK (I am British) and pay the minimum needed to retain healthcare etc. in France?
