Is the cost of an acte d’insaisabilite, to protect my assets, fixed?

Based on previous advice I am in the process of completing an acte d’insaisabilite to protect my family home, while being registered as an auto-entrepreneur. I have contacted many notaire offices and have been quoted from 650 euros to 700 euros, you mentioned this cost around 300 euros and I have been told by a notaire that the fee for this is regulated and fixed. I was wondering if you could confirm this? Because if this is the case I don’t know why I have been quoted different amounts.
