Is retraite complimentaire compulsory?

I have set myself up as auto entrepreneur micro enterprise simplified as agent immobilier. I have received letters from 3 companies asking me to sign up for retraite complimentaire. The letters say that it is an obligation to do so even if I don’t not employ anyone. Is this true that it is an obligation to have retraite complimentaire?
