Is my partner covered under my health cover

Many thanks again for all your help so far.
When I registered my health care provider (Mut’Est) with RSI, they sent me forms for my partner and my daughter to choose the doctor of their choice, which we sent back and have been received.
In November my partner was hospitalised for an infected cyst and wisdom tooth removal - he stayed for 5 days, and then had to return for one day.
We have just received the invoices for this, totalling E7000.
Is he covered under my health cover? I started my business on September 1st, and have been paying my cotisations monthly via the website.
I’m just trying to work out how to sort this situation out, as he only works part time with an interim bureau and I don’t think he’s covered under them. We’re currently sorting out top up insurance for him for the future, but again this is proving difficult as no-one knows whether he is covered by my payments or not.
I promise you my life isn’t usually as complicated as this!!
