Is it sufficient to add an activity?

I run a car cleaning service for both professional car dealers etc. and particuliers. My APE code is 8299z, autres services soutien aux entreprises. I get more and more work from these particuliers, and in order to allow them to benefit from a 50% tax deduction, would it be sufficient to add an activity (9609z) to obtain the agrement from the DDT? It is a bit confiusing, as I have read somewhere that I couldn’t work for professionals anymore once I have this agrement.
