Is it right that my client already paid cotisations sociales on my invoice?

I recently sent an invoice to a publisher for a text I wrote. When I tried to give my SIRET number for the invoice, they told me that for the association pour la gestion de la sécurité sociale des auteurs (AGESSA) they must declare me and pay the cotisations sociales. So, do I also declare this income as an auto entrepreneur and pay tax?

On top of my fee, they paid:

1.05% cotisation maladie-vielleuse
7.05% CSG
0.5% CRDS
0.35% CFPC
