Is it possible to add a commercial activity to a ME registered under Professional Liberale?

My ME is currently registered as Conseil en Communication under Profession Liberale. I would like to add an activity of an Independent Agent commercial and have been advised to add the code NAF4619B, however it doesn’t seem to let me do this online… is it because that would be under Commercial? Can I add an activity in a different domain? It is likely that my Commercial activity will become the greater part of my income over the next 6 months, but I will still be doing my professional liberale activity alongside. Any help would be much appreciated.
