Is it OK to use chèque emploi très petite entreprise (TPE)?
As mentioned before we have a project of setting up a burger and chips trailer. We plan to set up as a auto-entrepreneur in my name for this, but we will be doing it together. Ideally we would like my partner to be a conjoint Collaborateur, but unfortunately we are not married or Pacsed yet. But hopefully will be in about a year’s time. So this means I have to employ my partner. As it is a catering business, we will obviously be working all different hours, sometimes more, sometimes less depending on pitches etc.
So I would like to know if it is OK to pay my partner with le chèque emploi très petite entreprise (TPE)? From my research on French sites I understand this is a system like CESU but for small businesses. Would this be ok to use for our business project? Does there have to be a CDI or CDD contract signed on top of the declaration to chèques TPE? How does it work exactly? Once we can get married is it possible to change over to him being a conjoint collaborateur?
