Is it correct that I should do the online declaration before January 31?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur here in France in October 2011 and I just received my notification d’affiliation au regime auto-entrepreneur last week. Is it correct that I should do the business online declaration before 31 January? I signed up to pay by trimester. How do I know when to declare the next time? And, how much do I declare? I am a formatrice.

Do I need a separate bank account in my name which is also my business name, or can I use my personal joint (with my spouse) account to receive payments from clients?
