Is it better to register as an Independent Agent or an Agent Commercial?

Is there a difference between Independent Agent and an Agent Commercial in the French real estate system? I am keen to employ you to register me as an auto-entrepreneur and stumbled on this article regarding the Agent commercial immobilier Auto-Entrepreneur.
From what I understand here, I would be able to register as a standard auto-entrepreneur and not have to register with Greffes du Tribunal, in order to be added onto Registre Special des Agents Commerciaux (RSAC). Please let me know if the information discovered here in this website is accurate.
