Is it better to close my business in favour of CESU in France?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur business here in France in 2013 but I don’t make much, basically it’s not really working for me. I started cleaning last week instead and the couple have registered me with chèque emploi service universel (CESU), there’s more work out there for me with this option too so am I better off closing my business as a commercent, (I’m with the RSI) and sticking with the regular cleaning.

I pay cotisation foncière des entreprises (CFE) of just over 200 euro per year and I pay insurance of around 150 euro per year for postage and to cover any damaged products but I’ve never had to post anything and the insurance company won’t let me close the insurance policy. (La poste) auto-entrepreneur insurance, unless I show a certificate to say I’ve closed my business here in France.

  1. Will I loose my carte vitale if I close my business in France?
  2. I had no option with mutuelles when I opened my business, I was asked to choose from a list of four, so might I be able to change mutuelles too now?
