Is formation professionnelle is compulsory?

I received my first declaration trimestrielle de chiffre d’affaires from RSI that will be due on the 31st of October. I understand that I declare the amount I have received for my work under presentation de services, while for the vente de marchandises I fill in zero, with zero cotisations arrondies. However, for formation professionnelle commercant I think I remember that this needs to be paid, but in truth I am unsure. Could you please explain what I am to do with this activity, and how I am expected to fill this in.

Also, I presume that this is just a paper declaration, and they will then invoice me for the amount I am to pay. Is this a correct assumption, or do I send a cheque with this declaration?
