Is bulletin d’adhesion RSI a scam?

I’m a new auto-entrepreneur and have received a bulletin d’adhesion form from RSI Repertoire des Societes et des Independants inviting me to fill in the form and sign up at a cost of 249 euros. I assume this is just some sort of scam trying to look like it has come from the Regime Social des Independants (also RSI). Can I just ignore it?
