Is ACRE discount automatically applied?

I am making my first declaration on URSSAF for my micro entreprise.
I have an attestation for ACRE for this first year but when submitting my declaration it is requesting the full amount of 21.10%.
I thought that with ACRE I was supposed to receive a 50% reduction on this for the first year of activity, at what point does that happen?
