Is a UK Civil Partnership is now recognised in France?

Can you please clarify/confirm if a UK Civil Partnership is now recognised in France? Having browsed the forum for the past few hours we must say that we are glad we have found such a helpful resource! That said, we think it may also generate more questions from us. One of which is, as professional guardians/house/pet sitters my partner and I undertake a variety of activities under this umbrella. We both have our distinct responsibilites within the business. Will we be able to register our separate business responsibilites as AEs independant of each other? Hope that makes sense.
