Invoicing - deadlines and formats

How long after a payment was received do I need to send the invoice to my client? I get paid small amounts on a pretty much daily basis throughout the month and I don’t want to upset the client by sending them 5 invoices per day :O Can I send the collection of invoices for the month at the end of the month, for instance?

I heard that you don’t have to send an invoice if the amount is under 25 euros - is this the same if your client is a business?

And if I am invoicing a business, do I need to use a different format, or include anything different, than invoicing an individual?
