Invoice before final approval?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur on 17/12/09 and have since received documents indicating that the request is being processed and sent to the various bodies concerned. As this is the reactivation of my previous business, it seems that I will use the same siret number. I have had to invoice for some business already, to be assured of getting the money in. Is there any risk in doing this before the auto-entrepreneur business is fully approved? (I applied to start the business on 1 Jan 2010)?
