I am currently working in Monaco and would like to invite a newly graduated student to do a 6 month internship program in our office.

Is there any criteria that a student must meet in order to enable them to do this internship here in Monaco both European and French?
What happens if a student has finished their studies and are ready to start work, can they still come on board as an intern?
What are the French laws about them coming over to Monaco?
Do you know who I can contact in Monaco that would help me answer these questions for other European students?
