Interest and dividends

I have entered pension details on 2042K box 1AM as you suggested, this has allowed me to open form 2047 and the pension details have been entered.
With regard to bank interest and dividends on form 2047, boxes 200 to 207 and 230 to 237 do not appear.
Should I indicate the amounts somewhere on form 2042K to enable these boxes to appear?
