Incorrect Attestation!

I have been following your instructions for completing my form 2042C and when I have downloaded my Attestation Fiscale it looks like I have declared incorrectly in the 4th quarter. I have declared Income from other and I believe it should have been commercial or craft (I am a Management Consultant). Therefor the Attestation Fiscale is showing income under BIC and BNC.
I only declared 2 qtrs and got one of those wrong! Can you tell me how I can correct this please as I need to complete my tax return.
