Income tax and Micro Entrepreneur tax

I’m just working on the cash flow for my Micro Entrepreneeur and wondering - would it be usual to include the quarterly ME tax AND the annual income tax in the business cash flow / pay them both from the ME bank account?

Or just ME tax being paid from the Micro Entrepreneur account, and income tax being paid from my personal bank account (and thus not being included in the Micro entrepreneur cash flow)?
