income over 23K

Hi Valerie
We have always been under the 23K on our gite income registered as non professional accounts done using regime reel.
This year I have just gone over the 23K this week and expect more income as the year goes on.
1. Do I register as a professional now/ or from next year?
2. Who do I contact to register?
3. How will the new social security rules affect me is there some sort of simulator that can work out the best regime that includes the new rules.
