Income Declaration SNC

I registered a Societe en Nom Collectif (SNC) with my fellow partners back in October 2018. I have received Appel de Cotisations for both 2018 & 2019 which I understand are on a provisional basis. However, I have not yet been asked for an Income Tax declaration.

My questions are:

Do I need to make a Tax Return for 2018 (although zero income)?
Will it automatically change the social charges notice?
At what level of income would I classify as a micro-entrepreneur (my share of anticipated income is less than 2000euros pa)?

I am a UK tax resident for all other purposes.
