Income declaration

Hi Valerie,
After reading your blog post https://www.startbusinessinfrance.com/blog/post/micro-entrepreneur-how-to-complete-your-2019-income-tax-form-2042-c-pro
I logged in to my account impots.gouv.fr and do not see any option to declare for 2019.
When I go to Espace professionnel > Déclarer > Impôt sur les sociétés
I get a message: “Le dossier sélectionné ne comporte aucune activité donnant accès à ce service”

Is there a guide for filling the declaration online?
