Import, custom fees and duties?

I would like to purchase goods from China and Pakistan. Where can I find out information about import duties? From classification, to the process, to whom I need to contact, to how much I would have to pay, etc. Currently in the process of getting quotes of goods outside of the EU. Would like to find out about the entire process and if possible, estimate the type of duty fees that would occur.
