Import and export business category and costs?

I want to start a import / export business in France. Can you tell me what category I need to register as and the costs / expenses involved. Will I need a lawyer and accountant? I have the EU citizenship, I’m from Romania, and have a titre de sejour of France. I want to import nuts and frozen pastries.
