Implications of changeing from micro-entreprise to auto-entrepreneur?

My status will change on Jan 1, 2012 from micro entreprise to auto-entrepreneur. Should I get in touch with CIPAV to notify them and will I be subject to the same CIPAV payments as I currently am as a micro entreprise? Also, will I benefit from the 3-year amnesty from the CFE once I become an auto-entrepreneur, bearing in mind that I’ve been in business since 2008 as a micro entreprise.
