It seems like I will need to change my auto-entrepreneur business structure to entreprise individuelle for 2014. Can you please explain the impact of being TVA Registered. Does this mean I have to charge 19,6% TVA to my customers?
Is there a maximum amount that I can earn as a entreprise individuelle? Can I pay myself a salary that can be deducted from the business and therefore not subject to the 34% tax on profit? Other than set up and accountancy costs, are there any other major costs I will need to be prepared for associated with government charges? Can you recommend a bilingual accountant?
