I’m in France on a visa that says I do online content. Can I teach English?

I am struggling to find clients for user experience and marketing copywriting (thanks, AI!) and recently heard that universities are hiring English teachers. Is it possible (or how is it possible) to also teach English? Can I add a second job category to my visa? Or can I describe teaching English so it sounds like content consulting? What are my options here? Thank you!
