If I sell homemade crafts where and how do I declare the income?

Can you please clarify the situation regarding a secondary activity. I am a UK retiree, resident in France, and if I sell my homemade crafts then where and how do I declare the income? Do I have to register with chambre de metier even though I understand that I wouldn’t have to do the five day training course, as this would be secondary to my pension?
