If I add a second activity, will my social security change?

I am currently registered with the Auto-entrepreneur system as a profession liberale. I am adding a secondary activity as a commercant, vente a distance. I am a little confused as to what will happen to my social security registration. I have a carte vitale and am currently registered with RAM. Could you possibly shed some light on the situation please as I am in a bit of a muddle? Many thanks for all the help.
