I would like staff but can’t employ someone full time yet - do internships work in France?

Business is growing and I could really do with some help to manage the day to day activity - but I am not yet in a position to employ official ‘staff’ and pay another salary but do not really like the idea of paying cash in hand either. Is there somewhere I can go to get official help from students or the unemployed - maybe in exchange for helping them improve their English?
