I needed to set up a caution bancaire in favour of the immobiliers as I didn’t have an avis d’imposition from the previous year. Could you tell me how they work? For example, under what circumstances can the other party (the immobiliers in this case) access the money? I presume they have to provide 1) some evidence to 2) someone at 3) some time.
