I have 2 carte vitales in my name, what should I do?

I have 2 carte vitales in my name, both with different social security numbers. The first card was issued to me under my husbands affiliation with RSI as he is a auto-entrepreneur. In February I started my own auto-entrepreneur but I am with URSSAF, however on the auto-entrepreneur application form I did give them my existing social security number. Since February the URSSAF sent me the form for a new carte vitale which has now arrived but the social security numbers on the cards are not the same. To make matters more confusing we have CMU cover with the RSI. What should I do?
