I am an auto-entrepreneur does my husband have to register his S1?

I’m currently going through the registration as an auto-entrepreneur and on the original application I put my husband and 2 daughters down as dependants. My husband now has the confirmation of his S1 but has to go and register it. Would this complicate my registration or are he and my daughters automatically covered by my auto-entrepreneur? And, therefore, should he not register with CPAM for his S1?
