Hygiene course required for chambres d’hotes and table d’hotes?

We have been doing chambres d’hotes and table d’hotes businesses in France since 2008. Today I got a call from someone telling me we have to do a hygiene course now by law and that it needs to be done every two years.

This person might have been an official or someone trying to con us out of money, I do not know. I would have thought any communication about this should be by letter anyway from an official department.

I notice that you answered a question in 2015 and said a hygiene course was not necessary for table d’hotes. Is this still correct?
