How to Stop paying Income Tax Impot Liberatoire

Hello, on April 15 you responded to one of my questions and gave me the following information “You could reduce your bill by 1% by stopping the income tax paid at source impot liberatoire. You would need to write to RSI/Impot at the end of this year to stop it in 2018.”

I am looking at my declaration trimestrielle and do not see any mention of this. Is there a code associated with this? Do I simply just ask the RSI to remove the impot liberatoire from my tax bill and they do it?
