How to set up a French business to employ my US sister?

Thanks for your quick response and sorry for my late reply to my previous business question. I have a French passport (naturalized as a French citizen in 2008). I also kept my United States passport.

  1. Thanks for your advice on setting up a entrepreneur unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) business in France. I will look into this. I understand that this will keep my personal assets separate from the company’s assets. Is this correct?
  2. Does it matter that I am married to a French man?
  3. Will having a EURL protect our assets as a couple as well?
  4. I work full-time as a cadre and so will not work in the business. At first, it will have only one employee, my sister, doing web design, graphic design, and video production. The first projects will be done for me personally. She will look more for more customers as well. If I am a customer, will I need to pay for the services, even though I am also the owner?
  5. Does a EURL business have minimum requirements for turnover, expenses or customers?
