How to register with multiple activities for auto entrepreneur?

I want to register online as an auto-entrepreneur. I have 2 main income streams:

A craft business, creating and selling my work and also teaching my craft. Code 90.03?
Renting out our holiday cottage as a gite. Code 55.2?

I would say the craft business will be the primary activity. So when I register, I can see where to put the description for the primary activity, but where do I register the secondary activity? Or do I wait for the primary activity to be registered and then amend it once I have my siret number?
