How to register as a gardener in France

Please can you tell me the course of action i need to take if I am to register as a gardener in France.

I do not do landscape gardening. I cut grass on a regular basis for customers and any other gardening such weeding & cutting hedges.
I think i need to go to the Chambre de Commerce but please confirm what I need to do ti get myself registered and into the French system.
